À propos Golf Club du Domaine Impérial
Officially inaugurated in May 1987 with Severiano Ballesteros’s long drive, the “Domaine Impérial” soon became a major actor of the golf life in Switzerland. Its unique geographic location on the banks of the Leman, halfway between Lausanne and Geneva, the extreme quality of its environment and of its installations, a course signed by Pete Dye and a clubhouse where the long passage of the Napoleon family has left its mark, explain the praise bestowed on it. Pete Dye, took advantage of a space that admirably suited the design of a great 18 hole course. But he managed it taking into account the restrictive imperatives and multiple contingencies required by the authorities upon the request from various ecological movements.

Golf Club du Domaine ImpérialTop 3 der Schweizer Golfclubs. Ein grossartiger Platz, die Lage & das Clubhaus sind majestätisch, der Platz ausgezeichnet gepflegt, fair und abwechslungsreich, die Grüns top & linientreu, mit 6.250km etwas kurz, aber die Atmosphäre leider etwas hochnäsig.

Golf Club du Domaine ImpérialWhere the happy few are looked down upon by the even happier and fewer. This exclusive golf club on the banks of Lac Leman is situated 30 mins from Lausanne, close to Nyon village. Wonderful Pete Dye design routed through a beautiful forest. To our surprise, the lake can only be viewed from the clubhouse and the 18th green. (Look out for hikers, a number of public footpaths intersect the course) Impeccable maintenance and a very high class experience all round. Visitor bookings are strictly limited to 2 days in advance, with greenfees at 200 CHF to ensure it remains a rare pleasure to play here.

Golf Club du Domaine ImpérialPrachtige baan gelegen aan het meer van Genève.
Helaas geen holes langs de oevers van het Meer.
Uitstekend onderhouden parkbaan, waarvan de 1e negen holes door het bos lopen. 2e Negen is wat meer open. Vrij lange holes met snelle greens, veelal in plateaus.
Vrij vlakke baan, prima te lopen. Voldoende waterpunten in de baan.
Bespeelbaar van maandag tot donderdag, anders op invitatie.
Clubhuis met uitzicht op het Meer.
