Club de Golf Terramar

We zijn ter plaatse geweest om informatie te vragen. (We spelen regelmatig met een groepje van een 12 tal mensen andere terreinen) De ontvangst zowel in de bar bij het bestellen van onze drankjes als aan de receptie “dime !?” was zo onvriendelijk dat we onmiddellijk beslist hebben om er niet te spelen. Vooral de persoon aan de receptie was kortaf, pretentieus en onbeleefd. Het is spijtig dat voor zo een mooie club waaronder eerste indruk heel goed was, de ongemanierdheid van deze personen, ons heeft aangezet om er niet meer te gaan en er weg te blijven. (We regularly play with a group of 12 people in other areas) The reception both in the bar when ordering our drinks and at the reception “dime!?” Was so unfriendly that we immediately decided not to play there. Especially the person at the reception was short, pretentious and rude. It is regrettable that for such a beautiful club under which the first impression was very good, the rudeness of these people, prompted us not to go there anymore and stay away from it. (Jugamos regularmente con un grupo de unas 12 personas en otros campos) La recepción tanto en el bar al pedir nuestras bebidas como en la recepción “dime!?” Fue tan antipático que decidimos de inmediato no jugar allí. En particular, la persona en la recepción fue breve, pretenciosa y grosera. (falta educación) Es lamentable que, para un club tan hermoso, bajo el que la primera impresión fue muy buena, la grosería de estas personas, nos haya hecho dejar de ir y mantenernos alejados. Es una pena.

Terramar was a fantastic destination within our annual golf trip. From the moment you arrive and enjoy a coffee on the terrace, you’re immediately treated to stunning sea views — the perfect way to start the day. The driving range is excellent, although a bit narrow for golfers who tend to miss left. The course itself is in fantastic condition and offers a very enjoyable round of golf. The back 9 holes are especially challenging, featuring more water hazards and several interesting, well-designed holes. After completing 18 holes, we were also able to play on the short par-3 course, which was perfect for practicing our short game a bit more. Overall, Terramar is definitely a golf course we would highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of playing Terramar again, this time in top conditioning. The grass is some of the best turf I’ve played in Spain - the greens even more so, very quick and true to their lines. Some holes have significant shelves you need to be careful of. Primarily hole 5 & 6 can quickly lead to a 3 putt or worse…. A course is measured, in my opinion, by how eager you are to return - with Terramar it seems to become more fun with every round. The hopsitality is great & the terrace is a great place to decompress after your game!

Located in urban Sitges, yet bordering the Mediterranean Sea, lies beautiful Terramar Golf Club. Straight from entering the property you get a tasteful yet laid back sense of understated quality and pride. The clubhouse and terrace are tasteful but simple, the driving range is perfect, yet modest and the course condition is spectacular without showing off with bold irrelevant features. The crew is welcoming yet professional; from the superintendent, to the halfway lady and from front office to clubhouse staff. The course and turf are in impeccable condition and features relatively simple fairways but extraordinary laser fast greens that emphasize positioning and angles with your approach. The first few holes border the sea and offer beautiful views, before you pass underneath the traintracks and replace the seabreeze for whiffs of freshly mowed grass. The design is never boring and offers doglegs, short par 4’s, long par 5’s and even some all water carry greens. The halfway house is delightful and offers you the opportunity to refill on snacks or the occasional beer. The inward nine tends to be a little more standard, however the last three holes truly make up for that, finishing off with a bold green on 16, a beautiful vista at 17 and a risky par 4 on 18 finishing right by the clubhouse terrace. It’s an everyday walk that keeps you coming back, and so enjoyable you can consider it as your Sitges bread and butter.

I haven't seen any turf this sharply cut and in such a good condition. Terramar is a wonderful golfcourse to play at any time of the day. It's a fun walk en you can enjoy a Clada on the beautiful terrace with the ocean-view. Would recommend this all day!
