Golf de Lavaux

Mooie uitzichten in een mooi landschap. Een elektrische trolley is aan te raden. Genoten van de baan waarop je moet blijven nadenken en tactisch spelen.

The club is very close to Vevey. We went there for seeing the club and had lunch with our guests and intended to play as walk-in. Because the lunch took longer than expected, we had to postpone our tee-time twice and golf desk was very helpful, they kindly moved our tee-times. Members and staff were all friendly and polite. The course is laid out on hilly area. There are so many memorable holes with elevations, uphill blind shots, downhill blind shots, doglegs etc. When you add the occasional wind which naturally comes due to location, it becomes a challenging but very entertaining course. The course condition also is quite good.

Golf très bien entretenu, magnifique, trous variés, avec des dénivelés raisonnables. Superbe accueil. Restaurant simple mais parfait pour une sortie golfique.

Zeer mooi gelegen baan, tussen heuvelachtig en bergachtig in. Buggies alleen voor members (?), is overigens ook prima zonder te spelen. Gevarieerde holes, soms blind en doglegs. Fairways en greens zijn zeer goed onderhouden, zijn wat zacht waardoor de bal snel stopt (let op: fairway protecting the green; en diepe pitchmarks). Heerlijk gespeeld!

Beautiful and interesting Golf Course. I particularly remember turn with hole number 9 and 10. Really like to Club house with the bar and views over the tenth hole. the staff were a bit pre-occupied as they had a big tournament on the day I played which is understandable. Definitely will play it again. Also remember the very scenic drive back to Vevey view unbelievable view of lac Leman and the vine yards with the sun setting above the alps. Breathtaking!
