Large and active club... the restaurant is very popular with non-golfers, which is a bad thing for the golfers, as its so busy and noisy, that it detracts from the experience on #9 and #18 (all the talking and kids screaming...). The club house is in ranche style and sets the tone for this course, which has the feel of a Mexican dessert. There is not much water in this course, it’s all about wasteland with shrubs, bunkers, fairways and greens. The course is surrounded by villa’s with a matching colour palette. After playing Dubai Hills in the morning it took us 20 minutes to get to Arabian Ranches where the parking lot was packed. We managed to double park and got on the tee with 3 minutes to spare. I had my doubts about Arabian Ranches before we went there reading the reviews, although I must admit it was better than expected. The driving range is nice with practice of grass and pyramid balls. The course doesn't feature any water, but it is still a good layout with plenty of waste area's left and right of the fairways where you don't want to be. As I said it was… Meer

Not as well-known, perhaps, as other Dubai courses but a quality club nonetheless. Usual desirable properties surrounding the course and very convivial clubhouse options after your round. Don't stray too far off the fairways as you'll be playing from the desert and making a terrible mess of your nice shiny irons...

The Arabian Rangers GC located south east of the Dubai city Center is a different course as expected. There is a relation with the Troon Golf and this has increased the price. The course has wide fairways but they look narrow because next to the fairway is only sand and lots of dessert bushes. Therefore you need to hit straight shots and otherwise you practice your sands… Meer

Cheap but not an easy golf course. Maintenance not up to the others played in Dubai. Difficult greens. Fairway ok but it could be better.

Also the GC Arabian Ranches in the Emirates has not hosted important tournaments but stil the greenfee prices are extreme; they range from 150-180 euro for a round. The golf course itself is challenging because you have grassy fairways (call strips) and left and right of it is sand so waste areas are bringing the ball back to the fairways.
