Padang Golf Adisutjipto

This Golf course is right next to the Yogyakarta Airport. Seems was recently renovated an opened to the public since used as a Airforce Golf course before. Still not very known to the public. The course itself is very flat and the fairways laying next to each other. Short transfer from one green to the next tee box. Maintenance OK but still room for improvement. The golfcarts are not electric but motor driven and they are allowed onto the fairways. This greater some damages already. Caddies are mixed female/male and still a bid shy but willing to improve. Clubhouse looks fresh renovated and the lockers, shower and toilet are in very good conditions. Restaurant serving local food for good prices. The greenfee is really low between 260 to 410.000 Rp. From Monday to Friday. Cart price 90.000 Rp. if sharing. Still there is a lot to do in order to bring it up to Standart but the Management seem to understand and is willing to do.

If clear sky then there is a beautiful view to the volcano Merapi.
