For the 8th Leading Courses Ambassador trip, our group of dedicated golf nuts visited the beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca, where they stayed at the equally nice Arabella Golf Mallorca.
The Opal Coast or "Côte d’Opale" offers 120 km of beaches, dunes and cliffs between Dunkerque and Baie de Somme in the North of France. The Opal Coast provides a landscape full of contrasts, mixing the bright green of its meadows with the blue-grey of the waves: a region that lives from the sea and plays with the wind. If you're planning to discover golf courses on the Opal Coast, you're in for a treat. There are 10 eighteen-hole and 3 nine-hole golf courses, all worth a visit.
Northern Ireland may not be a big country or region, but they certainly hold their own when it comes to golf courses and top golfers. With 90 golf courses and Major winners such as Rory McIlroy and Darren Clarke, golf is in Northern Ireland's veins.
As a golfer, there are some regions you must visit once in your life. Florida, Paris, the Dominican Republic, Belek. Regions that are so attractive because of their density of great golf courses that you simply cannot miss them. Sotogrande in southern Spain is such a region. Perhaps the very best.
A group of Leading Courses Ambassadors went to Portugal to play golf in Lisbon and the surrounding area. They played 5 courses in 5 days and stayed at the Troia Design Hotel and at the Praia D'El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort. It's safe to say they had a great time.
Our group of avid ambassadors went on their 7th Leading Courses Ambassador trip in December 2021 to play golf in Tenerife. The flight from most European countries to Tenerife is 4-5 hours and the island offers great weather and great golf courses all year round.
