About UGOLF Château de Rochefort
On the borders of the Chevreuse valley and the forest of Rambouillet, the Rochefort estate, which covers 110 hectares of secular trees, has a sumptuous 18-hole hilly, 5,600 meters long, it is often compared to the best courses in Scotland. At the heart of this vast estate, 45 kilometers west of Paris, was erected, in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth, the solemn replica and multiplied the Hotel du Comte de Salm, current Palace of the Chancellery of the Legion of Honor. Established on a land of soft heather on a bed of permeable sand, the course is also one of the few areas where you can play all year round. RochefortMagnifique parcours de parkland golf, valloné, intelligent et très bien maintenu. Lieu prestigieux: c'est difficile de ne pas être impressioné à l'arrivéé par le chateau (lieu de séminaires groupe ChateauForme). Seul remarques et petit b-mols: il n'y a pas d'eau sur ce parcours. Avec quelques partis d'eau ce parcours s'élèverait parmis les plu grands de France! Practice est inadéquate, pas au niveau de ce parcours. Vaut le détours !

RochefortMagnifique club house Et restaurant. Le parcours est une tranché vallonnée dans la magnifique forêt de rambouillet. L'entretien est vraiment très bon et le parcours est très varié.

RochefortDeux ans que je n'étais pas venu jouer Rochefort, mais c'est toujours avec le même plaisir et appréhension que j'affronte ce parcours. Probablement un des plus sélectif d'Île-de-France. Des couloirs d'arbres plus ou moins étroits, des sous bois où il ne faut pas s'égarer sous peine de perdre sa balle c'est dans le cadre d'une compétition inter-entreprise que je l'ai redécouvert. Les installations sont toujours aussi sympa que ce soit le château, le club-house ou le restaurant. Les structures d'entraînement sont sommaires avec un practice court, un putting green et un bon green d'approche. Le trou 1 met tout de suite dans l'ambiance ! Ranger votre driver, ici ça tourne et la maîtrise des distances sur les mises en jeu est indispensable et ce juqsu'au 18 ! Et quand ce ne sont pas les doglegs, c'est le dénivelé qui fait la difficulté. Au passage, c'est un parcours qui "fait les jambes" ! L'entretien est très correct mais j'ai trouvé le parcours particulièrement sec. Pas mal de zones en jeu se retrouve directement sur la terre dure. Les fairways et greens sont eux superbes. Mais vraiment un golf des plus challenging...
RochefortGolf situé dans un très beau parc respirant la sérénité . Le parcours est valonné et les trous sont intéressants pour tous types de golfeurs .
