The 18-hole Varus golf course extends over a total length of 6,032 m (men's tees yellow) or 5,315 m (ladies' tees red). The total length of the white championship tees is 6,574 m. The course is harmoniously modulated and embedded in the flat, former moor landscape. The location of the clubhouse can also be described as ingeniously planned. This is where not only the tee of hole 1 and the green of hole 18 meet, but also the green of hole 9 and the tee of hole 10. This makes 9-hole rounds comfortable and an 18-hole game is a good opportunity for a little break. Speaking of breaks, the gastronomy in the club building, the Café & Restaurant FairWay , is in the modern Furnished in country style and enjoys an excellent reputation beyond the region. The entire complex is located in an exceptionally scenic location, away from the hustle and bustle and street noise. Old trees, natural water hazards, dense rough and well-kept greens between streams and ponds make the course attractive and technically challenging. Due to the ideal ground conditions and a sophisticated drainage system, the course can also be played on all year round. For members, this effectively means around five months more playing time.
