Golf course Zuid-Drenthe was chosen in 2016 as the best-rated 9-hole golf course in the Netherlands. The course is characterized as an Inland Links Course and seen as one of the most challenging golf courses in Drenthe. The design is by Michiel van der Vaart of Jol Golf Design. In addition to a 9-hole Championship Course, the resort has a beautiful Par 3 course, beautiful chipping and putting greens and a floodlit driving range.

I Booked my tee time last minuten via Leading Courses because I was in the neighbourhood.
The course present itself as an inland links course, which I find a bit odd. It's more of a parkland heathland course with quite some small undulation. It does feel like a nature landscape at Times which is cool.

Een mooie uitdagende baan bordjes next tee zijn vaak moeilijk te zien.
Tip de bunkerharken worden nu door de golfers overal neergegooid ook in het hoge gras dit is jammer misschien dat beugels voor de harken dit probleem oplost ik denk dat de golfers dan ook eerder de harken netjes terug hangen.

Beste franstop, Leuk om te horen dat u onze baan een uitdagende baan vindt. We liepen wat achter met ons onderhoud op de baan, maar het probleem met de bordjes van next tee is verholpen als zowel het hoge gras op fairway. Betreffende het aanharken van bunkers, maakt het niet veel uit of er beugels wel of niet staan. Wij hebben bij sommige bunkers beugels staan en dan worden als nog de harken ergens anders neergelegd of er wordt helemaal niet aangeharkt. Moeilijke linksbaan, bal buiten de fairway is meestal opnieuw slaan. De greens rolden buitengewoon snel en waren dus heel moeilijk want heuvelig. Ik haal hier op 9 holes 13 stablefort punten. Tijdens warme dagen slaan de meeste spelers verder, dit heeft te maken met, dat tijdens warme dagen, de balvlucht minder last heeft van weerstand. Hierdoor vliegt de bal verder. Terugkomen op uw vraag over de afstandbordjes. Doordat wij een inland links course zijn, willen we zo weinig mogelijk afstandbordjes gebruiken en de baan in een natuurlijke staat houden.
