About Golfbaan het Woold
Most hospitable golf course, best price-quality!
Golfcourse 'het Woold' is situated near National Park 'De Groote Peel' and features a 9-holes PAR-27 course (Gezandebaan) and an 18-holes PAR-72 course (Vier Eijckenbaan). The Gezandebaan offers plenty of challenge for both experienced and less experienced players. The Vier Eijckenbaan is a beautiful nature course with forest, heathland and wetlands and is open since July 1, 2011. Guest players are more than welcome on every day of the week. There are suffiecient golf carts. There is a professional golf school with extensive practice facilities including an indoor and outdoor Putt Academy and an indoor golf simulator. Everyone is welcome in the club house, which is very service oriented!

Onze 9-holes PAR-27 Gezandebaan is erg in trek bij de huidige leden van het Woold en gastspelers. De baan is uitdagend genoeg voor beginnende en gevorderde golfers. De baan is verlicht, waardoor men ook tijdens de schemer nog kan doorspelen. Met een greenfee mag u de baan op een dag tweemaal lopen.

Gezandebaan (9-holes par 3)Vier Eijckenbaan
Eén van de nieuwe Brabantse toplocaties voor een heerlijk golfuitje. Alles is goed verzorgd en over nagedacht. Hier kunnen heel veel clubs een puntje aan zuigen. Hoewel niet spectaculair, is de baan is afwisselend en voldoende uitdagend en gewoon lekker om te spelen. Maar het is het totale pakket (baan, service, ambiance) dat deze baan ver boven het maaiveld uittilt.

Vier Eijckenbaan
Erg leuke baan. Niet al te lange holes, maar daarmee niet meteen makkelijk. Baan lag er goed onderhouden bij. De greens waren geprikt en gezand. Jammer, maar dit hoort bij het onderhoud uiteraard. De baan ligt in een rustige en landelijke omgeving in een mooi stukje Brabant.

Na de Swinkelsche gisteren vandaag 't Woold gespeeld.
Wat een heerlijke baan zeg.
Afwisselend in het bos, open, over water enz. Mooie, soms smalle, fairways.
Halverwege een Marshall met een bak koffie, thee of ijswater. (was erg warm)
Ik ga in september zeker nog een keer om al de heide te zien bloeien.
Ook het restaurant is erg mooi en van perfecte kwaliteit.
