Miami Lakes Golf Club

Formerly known as Don Shula's Hotel & Golf Club, Miami Lakes is your typical Florida golf course, big greens, big bunkers, plenty of water, iguanas, and several local hackers.

Used to be owned by Don Shula, the legendary coach of the Miami Dolphins. Currently, they are renovating the club, building a new clubhouse and improving the course. When we played it the course was not in the best state. The staff was very nice and I hope they will improve the maintenance and course so more people can enjoy it.

Campo "europeo" stretto, corto e con tanta acqua (Miami Lakes d'altronde) hanno tutti i tee di partenza (in base all'hcp) stanno rifacendo la cluhouse e dalle foto sarà spaziale ma per ora è dentro dei containers perciò proshop scarno con prezzi alti, no bar o ristorante ma ottimo caffè (Nespresso). Tee time comunque costoso 96$ per i turisti,90$ per i locals dalle 14 tee time dimezzati.

Good layout but not the best maintained golf course. Good value. Not too far from Miami airport. The course is open for outside guests and is not for resort guests only!
