Belmont Hills Resort

The course was originally designed in 1924 by Deveraux Emmett but it was redesigned in 2002 and renamed from Belmont Golf & Country Club to Belmont Hills Golf Club as the layout was quite flat in the past. An enjoyable round of golf in the heart of Bermuda. This undulating Par 70 course offers quite a lot of diversity and a few very nice holes. It is not very long but it can get quite tricky so accuracy is more important than length. Great finishing holes and nice views of Hamilton Harbor and Great Sound. The 1st and the 10th hole also share the only double green on the island, both are nice, short and slightly downhill Par-4's. 7th and 17th are my favorite Par-3 holes on the course.

The course was in good playing condition with no major complaints. Pro-shop is average but the staff was very friendly.

I would recommend playing the course in the late afternoon so you can experience one of the most beautiful sunsets in golf from the 18th hole or from an excellent Blu restaurant terrace which offers excellent food.
