Allgäuer Golf- und Landclub e.V.

For many years i was passing this course, however did not have time to play. I needed to take break so I stop to play. Course is nicely situated close to small city. Its standard German with big parking lot and big training facilities. Decent restaurant to refresh after the game. I quickly checked and went straight to first tee. I did not had any expectation, so as already mentioned its average course, quality is not outstanding, good greens wide fairways. Course for all the levels. Design wise its nothing what I wanted to play over and over, however if you are around its worth of visit. What I did not like was the slow play, cause it was filled with groups of elderly golfers and they had no intention to let me through. There are few holes which are interesting to play and reward you for risk. Overall its very affordable course for price paid.

Ich spiele den Platz mehrmals im Jahr und komme immer wieder gerne. Der Platz liegt sehr schön in der Natur mit Blick auf Ottobeuren. Die Bahnen sind leicht hügelig mit zwei Ausnahmen (ein Loch deutlich bergab, eins wieder bergauf). Der Platz hat einen schönen alten Baumbestand und der Pflegezustand geht meist völlig in Ordnung. Die Bahnen sind recht lang, aber ansonsten überwiegend fair. Die Gestaltung der Bahnen ist solide, aber nicht besonders. Die Grüns sind meines Erachtens leider etwas zu unbewegt, große Breaks sind eher die Ausnahme. Es handelt sich um einen echten Mitglieder-Club. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und relaxed. Clubhaus mit Gastronomie bodenständig, Sekretariat sehr freundlich.

Wunderschöne Anlage - alles was ein Golfplatz braucht. Coole Range, gute Übungsmöglichkeiten und ein sehr schöner und anspruchsvoller Platz. Machte sehr viel Spaß zu spielen und ich werde in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Quite nice golf club near the alps. The course is not that challenging but the greenkeepers keep an eye on details.

Anspruchsvolle Löcher in wunderschöner Allgäuer Landschaft.

Es geht durchaus ab und zu bergab und bergauf, aber alles absolut machbar.

Viel alter Baumbestand was es insbesondere beim Driven nicht immer ganz einfach macht.

Das Signature Hole 17 ist ein Erlebnis für sich - einfach traumhaft.
