North CourseSouth CourseAmazing golf course for a fair price. Definitely coming back!
South CourseNorth course was closed but the South is better anyway. Played it 3 consecutive days and it was in very good condition. First 8 are quite wide and generous but that generally disappears from the 9th onwards which is far more of a challenge. Highly recommended for a golf break.

North CourseEl Rompido heeft twee achttien holes banen, de South course en de North course, beiden ontworpen door Alvaro Arana. Ik heb de North course gespeeld. De baan wordt omgeven door het Paraje Natural Marismas del Río Piedras. Deze beschermde wetlands bestaan uit zoutmoerassen, lagunes, duinen en dennenbossen en vormen een waar paradijs voor vogels. Flamingo’s, reigers, lepelaars en talloze andere soorten. Hij is ruim opgezet, op de waterholes na zal de gemiddelde speler niet snel zijn bal kwijtraken. De lagere handicapper daarentegen kan vaak voor risk en reward kiezen. Dat maakt dat alle soorten spelers aan hun trekken komen. De holes zijn gescheiden door pijnbomen eucalyptus en sinaasappel. Rondom de golfbaan geen enkele bebouwing uitsluitend zicht op het natuurgebied. De baan is vlak, een buggy heb je niet nodig hier. Spelen kun je hier het hele jaar door. Uitstekend onderhouden en een zeer schapellijke prijs. Lekker eten in het vissersdorpje El Rompido In El Rompido is alles nog kleinschalig, leuke restaurants met verse vis rechtstreeks uit de oceaan naar het bord en uiteraard een golfbaan volledig geïntegreerd in de natuur.

North CourseSouth CourseWederom met SingleGolfers.nl een fantastische golfweek beleefd op dit mooie complex. De banen liggen er uitstekend verzorgd bij. South was na onderhoud (prikken en zanden) een week dicht geweest en toen wij m mochten betreden in prima speelbare conditie
