About Golfclub de Lage Mors
De Lage Mors is a very accessible golf club, there is an atmosphere characterized by the Twente hospitality. The golf course is adjacent to the Aparthotel Delden, the well-known family hotel in Twente that also offers various golf packages. You pay € 27.50 for a 9-hole green fee. For only € 10.00 you can play the second round where you play from another tee a number of times on holes 10-18. You may take a break from your 18 holes for lunch. The course is embedded in the unique Twickel bocage landscape with ancient oaks. The contemporary 9-hole par 70 course, designed by golf course architect Frank Pont has beautiful sloping fairways, challenging water features and undulated greens.

Golfbaan de Lage MorsHele aardige 9 holes baan, met een mooi ontwerp van de holes. Brede en smalle fairways wisselen elkaar af. Redelijk goed onderhoud, maar wel erg nat opveel plaatsen. Verrassend snelle greens

Golfbaan de Lage MorsJaren geleden heb ik ook gespeeld op deze baan. Was toen niet echt onder de indruk maar moet nu zeggen dat de baan mooi is om te spelen. Het zag er allemaal prima uit. Prima greens en de fairway ziet er prima uit. Mooie aanleg! De ontvangst was "thuisvoelen". Deze baan is zeer aanbevelingswaardig.

Golfbaan de Lage MorsLeuke technische 9-holes baan met als bijzonderheid dat voor 18 holes twee holes verschillende afslagplaatsen hebben en 2 holes verschillen in par drie of vier. Op verschillende holes komt het water in het spel en door de bomen moet je de bal echt plaatsen. De greens waren bezand en snel, maar de bal hield hierdoor niet altijd zijn lijn. De fairways waren nog redelijk kaal. Aan de ene kant van het hotel ligt de driving range en aan de andere kant hole 1 met een kleine putting green. Daar tussen in dus het restaurant met terras.

Golfbaan de Lage MorsGezellige club met een leuke maar lastige baan. Er wordt momenteel flink gerenoveerd om het wateroverlast van afgelopen winter het hoofd te kunnen bieden. Hierdoor tijdelijk wat last van de nieuw aangelegde drainage.
Golfbaan de Lage MorsVerrassend leuke baan met korte holes, maar lastige greens. Goed onderhouden. Bewegwijzering laat iets te wensen over.
