Auchmill Golf Club

Auchmill Golf Course is situated in the Northfield/Bucksburn area of Aberdeen and was set out originally as a 9-hole golf course run by the Council. It was officially opened for play in 1975, having been designed by Brian Hugget, Ryder Cup player Neil Coles and Golf architect Roger Dyer, and was first and foremost an amenity used by both locals and local clubs. The course was extended to 18 holes in 1989 and due to its popularity Auchmill Golf Club came into existence, with membership rising to around 400. The clubhouse offers changing and shower facilities, and full bar and catering services (all day between April and September, but may be restricted at other times).
