Founded in 1998 and designed by Patrick F. Merrigan, the 18 hole championship course is regarded as one of the finest public golf courses in Ireland. Measuring 6,800 yards from the blue tees and 6,450 yards from the white tees, the golf course is ideally set up to suit golfers of all levels. The course is beautifully designed with seven lakes and a number of streams featuring throughout. Set amid the backdrop of the picturesque Dublin Mountains and located just ten minutes from the M50, N7 and N4, Grange Castle provides golfers of all abilities with a truly enjoyable golfing experience in a wonderful parkland setting. Open to the public all year round, Grange Castle has a timesheet in operation seven days a week. The course is professionally managed by Synergy Golf.

Grange CastleNice well maintained course. Staff need to cheer up a bit.
Grange CastleWell maintained, maybe best value in city limits €25 for 18 holes and offers very different holes with character. Easy to get off the tee a great Sunday walk. Easy to score, the perfect spot for mid handicappers to face off. Large greens and will allow for the use of every club in the bag. Highly recommend.

Very straight up and down course, no great layout or design challenges.
Very busy on the course.
Not the best value in the area.

Grange CastleFull greens and tee boxes all yr round make this a must play course anytime of the year, The clubhouse is not to everybody's taste but offers showers, toilets and light snacks. Ample parking available and members who make it a welcoming environment for all.
Only downside is the sight of visitors in jeans/tracksuits and runners out on the course.

Grange Castleplayed a matchplay competition against a member who was very helpful and the course was in great condition and the green where running very fast and true.
