KirkhillOp een kwartiertje rijden uit het centrum van Glasgow vind je Kirkhill golfclub terug.
De baan is gelegen op één van de heuvels rond de stad en bied op bijna alle holes vergezichten over de stad uit.
De baan is mooi onderhouden en de holes zijn zeer goed aangegeven. Het is zeker geen saaie baan met een combinatie van doglegs zowel links als rechts, een paar blind holes, enkele uphill holes en 2 korte holes met veel hoogte verschil.
De greenfee prijs is zeer democratisch. De golfhaftet kaart werd niet geaccepteerd terwijl kirkhill golfcourse wel degelijk vernoemd wordt op de golfhaftet website.

KirkhillGreens in very poor condition in comparison to other courses I've played. Horrible actually!

The course layout is virtually unchanged since Braid's original design. If you want to experience an example of his work on a parkland course then Kirkhill is a must. You will find the challenge refreshing, the surroundings inspiring and the occasion extremely memorable.
