Asuncion Golf Club

The Asuncion Golf Club, is a golf course within the city of Asunción that consists of 47 totally landscaped hectares. It is located on the Transchaco route, bordering the Botanical Garden, was founded in 1926 by a group of Englishmen who arrived in Paraguay for the expansion of the Central Railroad lines. The sports field has 18 holes, first level, today's field is the result of the redesign of the American architect William Amick, the remodeling process began in 1998 and has now been completed, having remodeled the greens of hole 4, 7 and 3. The reconstruction of the same was supervised by the famous golf course builder, the Argentine Architect Emilio Serra.
