Deze baan ligt in prachtige exotische natuur met mooie waterhindernissen. Hoewel gelegen in een resort heb je nergens hinder van de huizen of bewoners. Onderhoud was minder dan wat je van een club op dit niveau mag verwachten. De meeste bunkers waren te hard en onvoldoende onderhouden Greens waren wel snel en uitdagend en de Fairways en tee boxen OK. Sommige holes zijn echt wel zeer mooi en uitdagend. De fairways zijn meestal breed maar de vele waterhindernissen zorgen voor extra uitdagingen en keuzes in club. Onze gehuurde set clubs had al veel oorlogen doorstaan maar was goed genoeg. Ontvangst in clubhuis zeer vriendelijk. Een extra doos ballen kopen in de pro-shop is geen overbodige luxe.

Noosa Springs is een werkelijk prachtige baan met de allure van een typisch Australische championship course. Hele mooie ligging op slechts een paar km van de prachtige stranden van Sunshine Beach en Noosa Heads. Onderdeel van een mooi resort, maar dat stoort nergens. Prachtig aangelegd in een groene natuurlijke omgeving met veel water. De baan is echt onderdeel van de prachtige natuur met de vegetatie van een tropisch regenwoud en de bushlands. Tee boxen, faiways en greens in uitstekende conditie. Veel uitdagende holes met water in play. Met wat fantasie hebben de meeste holes verschillende intrigerende lijnen richting green. In dat opzicht ook prachtig ontworpen. Ruime fairways goed speelbaar voor zowel hoge als lage handicappers. Buggy niet noodzakelijk, baan is goed te lopen, maar warmte en humidity kunnen impact op deze keuze hebben. Al-met-al een feest om hier te spelen.

A great day out for the 3 of us. Course beautifully manicured. Interesting variety of holes. Pro shop helpful, practice range large enough. Called to the tee by the PA system. Loved the local wildlife. Real buzz in the bar after. Shame its 10000 miles away. Would love to play as my own course.

Plenty of lakes and bunkers test out golfers of all abilities, the course has a championship parkland type feel to it, but is still playable for the higher handicapper. 2 nine hole loops are on display at Noosa Springs, with both nines fairly similar, but more water on the front nine to test your game early.

Beautiful natural Australian bushland surrounds the course with plenty of fauna and flora evident, the course has some man made water features and natural ones that are easy on the eye, as well the local kangaroos! Fairway and green side bunkering was excellent both is design and playability, as well as the condition of them

I enjoyed my round here, enough space off the tee, generous green complexes with enough roll occurring on the undulating greens to make for low and high scoring. Course was in great condition and the ambiance of the place was there for all to see whilst playing the course.

Off the course, the resort style set up is amazing, with a swimming pool, gym, day spa and bar to help ease the work tension away.
